This is a great day to be in Powell River, with the sunshine, the breeze off the ocean and all the flowers in bloom, this city is a great place to be.

Aaron, Neil and Paige are hard at work taking in some training and meeting with the rest of the Coast Realty Group. July 1st the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) takes effect in British Columbia and all the REALTORS are need to be able to explain the changes to their clients. Not only will it effect the things that GST have been charged on, like professional real estate services, but it will also effect the cost of buying a new home in other ways.
